# Giacomo Beccani

> AI engineer Giacomo Beccani designs and builds AI agents with human approval, custom business software, websites, apps and AI models, from idea to production.

Hi, I am Giacomo, an AI engineer. I research, design and build software, and I study every problem in depth before I write a line of code. I work on AI agents that prepare the work while a person decides, on business software companies run on every day, on websites and apps, and on AI memory and AI models that will shape our future.

My goal is to take AI out of the demos and into the everyday work of companies, with systems you can measure, control and trust. I founded Lavder Enterprise to do exactly that, and I work with companies, agencies and founders who want the same.

## What I work on

In each of these areas I have taken systems from idea to production.

- **AI agents and automation**: Agents will do more and more of the work. I make sure a person stays in charge: every action approvable, logged and, where it matters, signed.
- **Custom, yet reusable**: Every company thinks its problem is unique. Most are not. I start from how you work, find the part that repeats and make it reusable, so the next step costs less than the first.
- **Websites**: Soon people will meet a company through an AI answer before they ever see its website. I build sites for readers, search engines and AI assistants, so the people looking for you find you.
- **Apps**: The best software disappears into the hands of the people who use it. I build native apps, signed and published, and the firmware of the objects they control, keeping data on the device whenever I can.
- **Done right, secure, compliant**: Software is worth as much as the trust you can put in it. I build it solid and secure, and I design it to respect the rules that apply to you, from privacy to compliance.
- **AI models and memory**: I train models for the most varied tasks, from a few million parameters to trillions. And I build the memory AI needs to know what is true, and since when.

- [TEMPEX](https://tempex.lavder.com): Memory for AI agents, with a model trained on MareNostrum 5. It runs offline on a laptop.
- [Lavder QR](https://lvdr.app): Dynamic QR codes and branded short links: nine content types, rules by device and country, real scan analytics.
- [Lavder Showroom](https://showroom.lavder.com): Management software for furniture showrooms, from the quote signed online to the invoiced installation. It grew out of the software a store uses every day, and the demo opens in five roles with no sign-up.
- [Tavolone](https://tavolone.it): Digital menu, bookings and website for restaurants. The menu updates from a WhatsApp message, and overbooking is impossible because the database forbids it.

## Apps, projects and plugins

- Lavder ID: One account and the licences for every Lavder product
- Lavder STT: Voice dictation in any Mac app, with your voice kept on the computer by default
- Claus: Encrypted messenger for iPhone: contacts are added only in person, with a QR code
- Lavder WP Engine: WordPress sites run from an AI assistant, with about 150 tools and a cryptographic signature on the riskiest operations
- Halo: A radial menu driven by the pen of a graphics tablet, on macOS
- Lavder Polyglot: Multilingual WordPress without duplicated pages, live on client sites
- Lavder GEO: Makes pages readable and citable by AI engines, with a score from 0 to 100
- Lavder Return: Digital withdrawal for WooCommerce, under article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code
- Lavder ASW: Reading preferences for site visitors, in more than 50 languages
- Luna Lavder: A 3D printed moon lamp with 186 LEDs, firmware and an iPhone app

## How I think

Where others see ten problems, I usually see one, repeated in different shapes. I solve it once, in the right place, and the solution serves more than one company: the next project starts ahead.

Before I ask how a system works, I ask how it breaks. I would rather make a mistake impossible than fix it later. So I encrypt, I sign the sensitive operations, and I keep every piece of data in its place, apart from everyone else's and, when possible, on your own computer.

I write every layer, from the database to the interface, from the server to the app, down to the firmware of the objects, so no problem gets handed off. I make AI work inside the systems you already have, with clear permissions, and I size the model to the task: sometimes a laptop is enough, sometimes it takes a supercomputer.

I build for the client who comes next, because a system should grow without being rebuilt. And in the end I care about the part you see: software that is simple to use even when it was not simple to make, fast, and easy to find.

## How I work

- Every part has its own automated test. It still holds in a year, and you can check it yourself.
- Measured on cases where I already know the answer. No impressions, only measurements.
- Limits written next to the results. You know what the system does, and what it does not.
- The last word goes to a person. Agents prepare, every decision is logged.
- Data, code and accounts stay yours. By contract, and on your own machines when possible.
- No work that deceives. No fake reviews, no link networks.

- I built a complete platform for restaurants.
- I set an AI agent to find clients, with the last word always going to a person.
- I built a privacy and consent platform for any website.
- I created a command centre for social media, where AI prepares and a person approves.
- I took software off the screen, with a lamp that has its own firmware and app.
- I built an end-to-end encrypted messaging app.
- I turned custom management software into a product for the whole furniture industry.
- I trained a model on a European supercomputer that reads text and updates memory.
